These terms govern use of the Order Tracking Shopify app by a Shopify merchant.

1. What the app does

The app adds an order-status lookup page to your storefront. A shopper enters an order number and the email on that order and sees where the order stands. It also adds Orders, Fulfillment and Products screens inside Shopify admin so a merchant can view and change that data — cancel or refund an order, update a fulfillment, edit a product — without leaving the app. It does not store any of that data; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what permissions this needs and what we keep.

2. Price

The app is free. There is no billing, no trial and no paid tier. If that changes, existing installations will be told before any charge applies, through Shopify's own billing flow.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your Shopify account secure — anyone who can administer your shop can configure this app.
• Tell your shoppers how their order data is handled, as your own privacy obligations require.
• Do not use the lookup page to process data you have no right to process.

4. Our responsibilities

• Ask only for read_orders (to answer a lookup) and write_files (to upload the background image you choose for your own lookup page), and use each only for that purpose. The two store-navigation permissions stay optional and are requested only if you ask the app to add the menu link for you.
• Store no buyer data, as described in the privacy policy.
• Erase your shop's data when you uninstall, on the schedule Shopify sets.
• Answer support requests at [email protected] within one business day.

5. Availability

The app is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. It depends on Shopify's API being reachable; when Shopify is unavailable the lookup page will say so rather than show a wrong answer.

6. Ending the agreement

Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. On uninstall the stored tokens are voided immediately and the remaining data is erased when Shopify sends the erasure request 48 hours later. We may discontinue the app with 30 days' notice to installed shops.

7. Liability

The app displays information Shopify holds. It does not ship, fulfil or carry anything, and it is not a party to any transaction between you and a shopper. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, while it is free, is nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Hà Nội, Việt Nam.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and installed shops will be emailed before the change takes effect.
